Hi, I’m Gaurav.
Founder · Routine Notes
I built Routine Notes on the belief that incremental daily achievement compounds into outcomes that seemed impossible.
The problem with productivity apps
Most productivity tools optimize for capture — endless inboxes, weekly reviews, kanban boards, nested templates. They tell you what to think about, but not whether you actually moved today. After years of trying every system, I realized I had no measure of my own evolution. Just a tidier backlog.
Why Point based evolution system
So I built a framework around three things that I could measure every single day: Discipline (showing up on time), Kinetics (acting with full dedication), and Geniuses (gradually improving the plan toward the goal). 100 points each, 300 total per day. Earn them by doing the work. Watch them compound into week, month, and year wins automatically.
The order matters. Showing up on time removes the deliberation that kills most habits. Acting with full dedication turns the show-up into measurable progress. Improving the plan means every next loop starts a step closer to the goal — and because points settle overnight and fund tomorrow, the loop feeds itself. That’s the amplifier:
1 · Show up on time
Time-boxed “if-then” plans raise goal attainment with a medium-to-large effect (d ≈ 0.65 across 94 studies — Gollwitzer & Sheeran, 2006). The punctuality window is that plan.
2 · Act with full dedication
Repeating the action in a stable context makes it automatic in ~66 days on average (Lally et al., 2010). Kinetics points keep the reps honest until the habit carries itself.
3 · Improve the plan
1% better every day compounds to ~37× over a year (1.01365). Geniuses points reward re-planning, so each loop starts slightly smarter than the last.
My own goals are big enough that I can’t reach them without an AI that both assists and measures — so Routine Notes does both. The AI helps you plan, summarize, and surface the next move. The Routine points fund that AI: you earn it by showing up.
Why I’ll only charge when you stop earning
We live in a world full of psyops — feeds, ads and outrage loops engineered to hijack your attention and decide your day for you. In that world, natural selection becomes limited: your environment no longer rewards the fittest, it rewards the most captured. Breaking through takes integrity — and integrity is maintained by showing up on time, again and again, for the things you chose.
That’s what this app builds. Every on-time check-in is a small act of breaking through the psyops imposed on you by the world, and re-orienting your life toward your goals and your own evolution.
The pricing follows the same principle. Paying me for a subscription helps me evolve — but you showing up on time helps you evolve, and that’s the outcome the app rewards. Show up daily, earn your points, run your AI agents free. Stall out? Subscribe for $5/month and AI is unlimited. Pick back up tomorrow and your subscription becomes optional again. It’s positive reinforcement, built into the pricing.
This is the pricing I’d want as a user — pay for what you can’t earn, not for what the marketplace decided to bundle.
What’s next
The web-app is live at routine.familywealth.in. iOS and Android builds via Capacitor are in beta. The roadmap: deeper AI workflows, custom agent templates, group challenges. If you want to shape what comes next — or you just want to talk — reach me at support@familywealth.in.
